Job Position - Transport Manager

SUHARA Group is hiring a Transport Manager to oversee and optimize our transportation operations across the UAE.
This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives on ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategically plan, coordinate, and manage comprehensive fleet operations across multiple locations.
2.Optimize routes, schedules, and transportation costs to enhance efficiency.
3.Ensure rigorous compliance with all local transport laws and safety standards.
4.Supervise, train, and conduct performance reviews for drivers and logistics staff.
5.Monitor vehicle maintenance and inspection schedules to maximize operational readiness.
6.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
7.Prepare and analyze detailed transport reports for management to inform decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1.Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in transport or logistics management within the UAE.
2.Strong knowledge of UAE road regulations and fleet compliance protocols.
3.Excellent organizational and proven leadership skills.
4.Proficiency in Transport Management Software (TMS) is a significant advantage.
5.A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
6.Bachelor’s degree is required.
