We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Projects Officer to join our dynamic PMO team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in project management who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about driving project success through structured processes and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and document project scope, delivery timelines, and dependencies Validate information from project records including risk registers, site surveys, and material requirement Draft, validate, and maintain standard PMO documentation Ensure all project documentation is consistently updated and organized Interpret fundamental contract and technical documentations to support project execution Coordinate PMO activities with internal stakeholders across departments
Qualification
Degree in ICT, Engineering or Business related course
Certifications in PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince 2, Scrum
At least (1) year experience in projects management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environemnt
