Key Responsibilities:

✔️Collaborate with senior management and project leads to align HR initiatives with business objectives specific to real estate development.

✔️Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and fostering a positive, productive workplace culture.

✔️Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback aligned with project timelines.

✔️Develop and implement learning and development programs to upskill employees, with focus on leadership, safety, and compliance.

✔️Support change management initiatives during business growth, project launches, and organizational restructuring.

✔️Provide guidance on compensation and benefits packages competitive within the UAE real estate market.

✔️Utilize HR analytics to monitor workforce metrics and recommend solutions to improve employee retention and productivity.

✔️Champion the company’s values and culture, ensuring consistent communication and engagement across diverse teams.


Requirements:

✔️Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

✔️5-6 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role, preferably within the real estate, construction, or related industries.

✔️Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and Emiratization policies.

✔️Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and manage multiple stakeholders.

✔️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.

✔️Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.

✔️Immediate joining is preferrable.
