Job Position – Chief Accountant

Location : Palm Jumeirah, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

✅ Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

✅ Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, tax laws, and VAT regulations

✅ Monitor internal controls and implement financial best practices

✅ Supervise and mentor the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks

✅ Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities

✅ Manage cost control, revenue tracking, and financial analysis to support business decisions

✅ Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial insights

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or in a senior accounting role (minimum 5 years)

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus

✅ Strong knowledge of hospitality finance and UAE financial regulationsApartment listings

✅ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems)

✅ Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines

Must be currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately
